All of our Log Home Packages and Log Cabins include the following:
- All graded and dried White Pine logs for the first floor exterior walls
- All log plate needed to connect the logs to the subfloor
- All OLYLOG screws needed to fasten and secure each log course
- All EMSEAL asphalt impregnated foam gasket needed for each log course
- All hardwood dowels required for butt ends and butt joints
- All log caulking required for butt ends, butt joints, and along each course of logs on our dual spline lock and seal system
- All beveled exterior wood siding needed for Gable ends and dormers
- All HEAVY TIMBER PORCH post needed for porch
- All HEAVY TIMBER PORCH rack (header beam) needed for porch
- All HEAVY TIMBER PORCH rafters needed for porch
- All 2" x 6" T&G roof decking needed for the porch -- if applicable
